11:30 - 12:30 | Panel Discussion: Bridging Evidence and Policy: MEGASKILLS Methodologies in Focus  
Experts will discuss the potential of game-based approaches to assess and train soft skills, highlighting implications for education, labour markets, and future policy directions. The focus will be on methodology, key findings, and policy recommendations to strengthen skills strategies across Europe.

13:30 – 14:15 | Testimonies from the Field - Panel with Stakeholders
This session shifts to practice, giving the floor to MEGASKILLS collaborators and stakeholders who are already applying the approach in real contexts. Through concrete testimonies, they will share lessons learned, practical challenges, and opportunities for using game-based methods to strengthen soft skills in education and training.

14:15-15:00 | What’s Next: Sustainability & Scaling Opportunities
An open dialogue session designed to hear directly from participants. This interactive discussion will gather reflections, ideas, and suggestions on how MEGASKILLS results can be sustained and scaled beyond the project
