The MEGASKILLS project is pleased to announce the publication of a new open access scientific volume focused on redefining the role of soft skills in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven society. This publication contributes significantly to the academic discourse on transversal competences, offering a structured, research-informed framework for understanding, classifying, and developing soft skills relevant to education, employment, and lifelong learning.
Through in-depth research and the Delphi method, this book identifies 30 key soft skills essential for success in an evolving, technology-driven society. It offers a structured and critical analysis of current definitions and classifications, presenting a refined framework that includes rubrics and an innovative tree model to illustrate the interconnection among skills.
